Looking Back

Scary Times and Confused Minds

Scary times & confused minds

Living in a world of fear..

Government fails, countries wails ..

As freedom disappears…

Theory’s fly round, making heads pound..

No one knows what to believe..

Trust fades away, because no one can say..

So we all feel we’re being deceived..

Streets lay bare, there’s no one there

It’s a ghost town as people lock away..

Thousand are dying and families are crying ..

As we pray for some good news today ..

Skies are empty & rainbows are plenty ..

And bikes are the new way to go…

But people are still dying and families are crying ..

And the Reasons we still do not know ..

Communities pull together and fight through the weather..

To look after our most in need…

We work with our hearts & our dedication..

Praying that we succeed..

We see a small flicker of hope & of light..

But then we are back.. just like before..

So We lift ourselves up ..

And dust ourselves down..

Trying to fight this invisible war..

But we know that Our strength will carry us..

To a brighter day..

Because We are scousers & this is our home..

So we will walk on. With hope in our hearts..

And we will never walk alone❤️

“Because We are scousers & this is our home.. So we will walk on. With hope in our hearts.. And we will never walk alone”
