Looking Back

Since I’ve Last Been To Church

Since I’ve last been to church,

A lot has taken place

That virus means we now live life

Seeing only half a face.

My Sundays now,

Don’t seem quite as full,

But what I didn’t realise,

Separation would be quite this dull.

So in Twenty Twenty

The church we had to close,

We are on-line these days

It keeps us on our toes.

So our church,

May not have a posh steeple

But I do not realise

How much I miss God’s people,

You see its not all about

the biscuits and the tea,

Its about doing life together,

With my Court Hey Family
